- 🐙 50g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 20g pickled ginger, minced
Toppings
- 20g tempura flakes
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Takoyaki sauce, as needed
- Bonito flakes, as needed
- Aonori seaweed, as needed
Batter
- 50g takoyaki flour
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 150cc water

Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces, mince pickled ginger, and chop green onions into small slices.
Mix takoyaki flour, egg, and water in a bowl to create the batter.
Heat a tamagoyaki pan with salad oil over medium heat, then pour in the batter.
When the edges start to set, quickly sprinkle green onions, pickled ginger, and tempura flakes over the batter. Place boiled octopus on the lower half of the pan.
Fold the batter in half before the surface fully solidifies. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with mayonnaise and takoyaki sauce, and sprinkle bonito flakes and aonori on top.
