Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Meat
- 50g ground mixed meat
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
- 1 tsp curry powder
Others
- 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sauce as needed
단계
Thinly slice the onion and potatoes. Rinse the potatoes in water and drain well.
Place the potatoes, onion, and ground meat in a microwave-safe container. Mix to break up the meat, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Mash the mixture with a fork, then add salt, pepper, consomme, and curry powder. Mix well.
In a separate microwave-safe container, mix breadcrumbs and vegetable oil. Microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Shape the potato mixture into bite-sized balls.
Coat the balls with the toasted breadcrumbs. Serve with sauce.
