- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 50g chopped Nozawana pickles
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
