Main Ingredients
- 40g oatmeal
- 2 sausages (40g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), sliced
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
- 1 tsp olive oil
Soup Base
- 💧 200cc water
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a dash of pepper
Garnish
- chopped parsley, as needed

Slice the onion in half horizontally, then thinly slice vertically.
Cut the sausages into 7mm slices.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened. Add the sausages and corn, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the oatmeal and soup base ingredients (water, curry powder, consomme, salt, and pepper). Mix well, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the oatmeal is tender.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
