- 🍝 160g spaghetti
- 🐙 120g boiled octopus
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🥦 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms

- 1.5 tbsp salted kombu
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
