- 🥑 1/2 avocado
Seasoning
- 40g okara powder
- 💧 150cc hot water
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated ginger
