- 1 bunch cilantro
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 100g boiled octopus, sliced
Nuts
- 🌰 A handful of walnuts
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper

Slice the boiled octopus diagonally. Trim the roots of the cilantro and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness. Slice the red bell pepper thinly and cut into halves.
