- 100g fresh okara
- 150g ground beef and pork mix
- 140g red kidney beans
- 🍅 1 can diced tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Tortilla chips, as needed
Seasonings
- 60ml red wine
- 200ml water
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
