- 🥔 1 potato, 150g
Seasoning

- Pinch of pepper

- 50g okara powder
Liquid
- 💧 100cc water
Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
Coating
- Okara powder, as needed
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- Breadcrumbs, as needed

- Tonkatsu sauce, as needed

Mince the onion.
Wrap the potato in damp kitchen paper and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Peel and mash roughly.
Heat butter in a pan over low heat. Add onion and sauté until soft. Add ground meat and cook until the fat becomes translucent. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix okara powder (50g) and water. Add the cooked meat mixture and combine thoroughly.
Divide into 4 portions, shape into oval patties, and chill in the refrigerator.
Coat each patty in okara powder, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Heat oil to 170°C and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
