Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced pork belly
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- Chopped green onion, as needed

Meat Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Soup Base
- 1000cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
