- 4 slices bacon
- 4 pieces okra (48g)
- 1/2 red paprika (75g)
- 30g pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk

Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Rub okra with salt, rinse, and dry. Remove the stem and cut into 1cm wide slices. Dice the red paprika into 1cm cubes.
Mix the egg mixture ingredients (eggs, salt, pepper, milk) in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bacon and sauté for about 1 minute. Add okra and red paprika, and stir briefly.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir in a circular motion. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 minutes until the eggs set.
Sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover again, and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
