- 🍗 2 pieces chicken tenderloin (100g)
- 10 okra pods (120g)
- 1 tbsp sake
Scallion Salt Sauce
- 1/4 scallion (40g), minced
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
