- 🌱 9 okra pods (100g)
- 1 tbsp dried hijiki
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🌰 1 tsp white toasted sesame seeds

Soak the dried hijiki in a bowl of water according to package instructions, then drain well.
Trim the ends of the okra and remove the calyx. Rub the okra with 1/3 tsp salt on a cutting board, rinse under water, and pat dry.
Place the okra in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Rinse under cold water, pat dry, and cut diagonally in half.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, concentrated soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Add the hijiki, okra, and canned corn, then toss to combine.
