Main Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced pork
- 8 okra pods
- 1 eggplant
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Meat Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sesame Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Rub okra with salt, rinse, and dry. Remove stems and cut diagonally in half. Cut eggplant in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Season pork with salt and pepper, then massage. Add cornstarch and coat evenly.
Mix all sesame miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until its color changes. Add eggplant and cook until softened, then add okra and stir briefly.
Add sesame miso sauce to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
