- 🦐 6 large peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 6 okra pods
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 💧 50 ml water
- Pinch of sliced chili

Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Coat both sides of the shrimp with potato starch. Trim the stems of the okra.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp until they change color and remove. Fry the okra until browned and remove. Place both shrimp and okra in a tray.
In a saucepan, heat the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, water, chili) over low heat for about 2 minutes. Pour the sauce into the tray with shrimp and okra, add grated ginger, and mix well. Let it cool to room temperature to allow flavors to blend.
