Tofu
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🌱 3 okra pods
- 1 shiso leaf
- 🧅 Green onion, as needed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Spicy Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds

Rub the okra with salt.
Place the okra on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let it cool and chop roughly.
Mix all the spicy miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Add the chopped okra to the spicy miso sauce and mix well.
Cut the silken tofu into two portions. Place a shiso leaf on a plate, top with tofu, spoon the spicy miso sauce over, and garnish with green onion.
