Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), diced
- 🍎 1/4 apple (60g), peeled and diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, halved
Seasonings
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 100cc olive oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Remove the core from the onion and dice into 1cm cubes. Dice the carrot into 1cm cubes. Peel and dice the apple into 1cm cubes. Halve the garlic and remove the core.

Add the onion, carrot, apple, garlic, and seasonings to a blender. Blend until smooth.
