- 🧈 80g silken tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp dried seaweed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
