- 🧅 2 whole onions
- 🥔 1 potato, peeled and sliced
Meat
- 2 slices of ham, thinly sliced
Cheese
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
- 🧀 Pizza cheese for topping, as needed

- 1 tsp consomme
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Cut the top and bottom of the onions, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Let them cool and scoop out the insides with a spoon.
Thinly slice the scooped-out onion insides. Peel and thinly slice the potato, then soak in water and drain. Cut the ham into thin strips.
Place the potatoes and ham in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Add the ☆ ingredients and mash the potatoes while mixing.
Add the sliced onion insides to the mixture, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mix well to create the filling.
Place the hollowed-out onion shells on a heatproof dish, evenly fill them with the prepared filling, and top with pizza cheese. Toast in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
