- 🥔 4 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/8-inch thick
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon celery seed
- ⅛ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper

- 4 tablespoons olive oil, or more as needed
