Noodles
- 🍜 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Seafood
- 🦪 4 oysters (60g), shelled
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, sliced diagonally (80g)
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🌾 Flour, as needed
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)

Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thinly.
In a bowl, rinse the oysters gently with water, changing the water 2-3 times. Pat them dry with a paper towel and lightly coat with flour.
Place the frozen udon noodles on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to the package instructions.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, add the oysters and cook until browned. Flip them, sprinkle with sake, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for about 3 minutes. Push them to one side of the pan.
In the same pan, add the green onion and shiitake mushrooms to the empty space. Stir-fry until softened. Add the udon noodles and soy sauce, then stir everything together evenly.
