Seafood
- 🦪 150g shelled oysters
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Condiments
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
단계
Separate celery leaves and stalks. Remove strings from stalks and slice diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut leaves into bite-sized lengths. Julienne ginger.
Mix all ☆ ingredients in a bowl.
Wash oysters thoroughly, changing water 2–3 times. Pat dry with paper towels and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil and ginger in a frying pan. Add celery and stir-fry over medium heat until softened.
Add oysters to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Pour in ☆ mixture and cook for about 3 minutes until thickened.
