Wrapper
- 4 spring roll wrappers
Seafood
- 8 oysters (120g)
Cheese
- 🧀 4 slices of cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tsp flour
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
Oil
- sufficient salad oil
Garnish
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
Water Mixture
- 2 tbsp flour
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Oyster Cleaning
- 💧 sufficient water
- 🧂 1 tsp salt

Mix water and salt in a bowl for cleaning oysters. Add oysters, wash thoroughly, and pat dry with paper towels. Coat oysters with flour.
Cut spring roll wrappers in half diagonally to form triangles.
Mix ketchup and Tabasco in a bowl to create the sauce.
Place half a slice of cheese on the spring roll wrapper, add an oyster, and spread the sauce. Apply water-flour mixture to the top two edges, fold sides inward, and roll tightly.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot. Fry the rolls for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and oysters are cooked through.
Serve on a plate with lemon wedges and optional basil garnish.
