Pasta
- 🍝 180g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦪 8 oysters (120g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Preparation

- 1 tsp cornstarch for cleaning

Wash spinach thoroughly, trim roots, and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Cool in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into 4cm pieces. Mince garlic.
Mix oysters with salt and cornstarch, gently rub, rinse with water, and pat dry. Coat oysters with flour.
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 1 minute less than package instructions. Drain.
Heat half the butter in a pan over medium heat, cook oysters for 1 minute per side until plump, then remove.
Add remaining butter and garlic to the same pan, sauté until fragrant. Add spinach, milk, salt, and pepper, and simmer. Add spaghetti and oysters, toss to coat.
