Seafood
- 🦪 8 oysters (120g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 🥬 70g spinach, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp consomme
Dairy
- 🧈 40g salted butter
- 🥛 400ml milk
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese

- 30g flour
- 1 tsp salad oil

Wash oysters in salted water and pat dry. Coat with flour.
Slice onion and mushrooms. Chop spinach into 3cm pieces and rinse.
Heat oil in a pan and cook oysters on medium heat until done. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat oil and sauté mushrooms, onion, and salt until softened. Add spinach and cook for 1 minute.
Add butter and mix. Gradually add flour, stirring until smooth.
Pour in milk and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add oysters, consomme, and seasoning. Cook for 1 more minute.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake at 240°C for 8 minutes until golden brown.
