- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Seafood
- 🦪 4 oysters (60g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece ginger, julienned
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
