- 🦪 150g shucked oysters
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 piece minced ginger
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Wash the oysters with water and pat dry using paper towels. Coat them evenly with cornstarch.
Cut the bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating the stems and leaves. Slice the green onion diagonally.
Mince the ginger and garlic.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the minced ginger and garlic.
Add the oysters to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add the bok choy stems and stir-fry over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add the bok choy leaves and green onion to the pan and stir-fry until wilted. Return the oysters to the pan.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry until well combined.
