Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs steamed Chinese noodles
Seafood
- 🍤 10 peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bag chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Protein
- 1/2 block fried tofu, diced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Dice the fried tofu into 1cm cubes. Cut the chives into 4cm pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and tofu, and stir-fry over medium heat until shrimp changes color.
Add steamed Chinese noodles and stir-fry until coated with oil. Then add chives and bean sprouts.
Add the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, lemon juice, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry briefly.
