Dry Ingredients
- 150g strong flour
- 50g weak flour
- 3g dry yeast
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of strong flour for dusting
Wet Ingredients
- 🥛 150cc milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Fillings
- 🥓 4 slices ham
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese

Warm milk and butter in a microwave-safe bowl at 600W for 1 minute until lukewarm, then mix until butter melts.
Add dry yeast, sugar, and salt to the milk mixture, mixing well after each addition. Then add strong and weak flour, mixing until smooth.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave at 200W for 30 seconds.
Dust a cutting board with flour, divide the dough into 4 portions, and roll each into a palm-sized circle.
Place ham and cheese on each dough piece, fold in half, and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
Place the folded dough in a frying pan, shape them, cover with a lid, and heat on very low for 20 seconds. Turn off the heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
Once the dough has expanded, cook on very low heat for 5 minutes with the lid on, then flip and press lightly while cooking for another 5 minutes.
