Fish
- 🐟 2 sardines, cleaned (180g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 10cm minced green onion
- 1/2 piece minced ginger
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
