- 4 slices yellowtail fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 10 cm green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 🧄 1 clove grated garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
