- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 100g mizuna greens
- 🧅 1/2 scallion, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
