Vegetables
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced
- 80g sliced bamboo shoot
Konjac
- 100g konjac noodles
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Remove seeds and stem from the red paprika, then slice it thinly.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Boil konjac noodles in water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Heat konjac noodles in a pan for 1 minute to evaporate excess moisture. Add salad oil and bamboo shoots, then stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add red paprika and stir-fry until coated with oil. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
