- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🐖 100g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g napa cabbage
- 🍄 4 dried shiitake mushrooms

- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
