- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 80g kimchi
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 400ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
