- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seaweed Mayo
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp aonori (seaweed powder)
