- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
