- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Tofu
- 🧈 1 block (300g) grilled tofu
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants (240g)
- 150g grated daikon radish
- 5 shiso leaves
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 💧 150ml water
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi granules
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
