- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 1/2 red paprika (75g), thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
