- 1 bag bean sprouts
- Chopped green onion, as needed

- 150g sliced pork
Condiments
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

- 1 tsp sliced chili

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 1 tsp cornstarch

- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil for frying

Wash the bean sprouts and drain them thoroughly. Toss them with 1 tbsp of salad oil.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch) in a bowl.

Add the bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Pour in the seasoning mixture and stir-fry on high heat for about 10 seconds.
