Pork and Oyster Sauce Stir-fry
- 🐖 50g sliced pork
- 🥬 2 leaves bok choy
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Onion and Bonito Flakes Mix
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1.5g bonito flakes
Bell Pepper Scrambled Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/6 red bell pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Other Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake

Cut bok choy into 2-3 cm pieces, quarter the onion, and roughly chop the red bell pepper.
Mix the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sake and cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add pork, then layer bok choy, onion, and bell pepper on top. Add sake, cover, and steam on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add oyster sauce to the pork and bok choy, stir-fry, and season with salt and pepper.
Create a well in the bell pepper, pour in the egg mixture, and scramble until cooked. Mix soy sauce and bonito flakes with the onion.
