- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (200g), peeled and cut
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic

- 100cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water for 5 minutes, and drain.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add grated garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Then add ground pork and cook until the color changes.

Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Then increase the heat to evaporate excess liquid and stir in butter until melted.
