Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 2 turnips with leaves
- 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
단계
Cut the turnip leaves, leaving about 1cm of stem. Peel the turnips and slice them into 5mm thick vertical pieces. Chop the leaves into 3cm pieces. Thinly slice the ginger.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add ginger. Stir until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add turnips and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and mix well. Finally, add the turnip leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
