- 90g dried soba noodles
- 50g sliced pork
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
- 🧅 15g green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 50cc concentrated soy sauce
- 150cc water

Rehydrate the wakame in plenty of water and drain. Slice the green onion.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add water, soy sauce, and wakame to create the dipping sauce.
Boil a large pot of water and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Serve the soba noodles in a bowl with the dipping sauce on the side. Garnish the sauce with sliced green onion.
