- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Meat
- 50g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧂 Soy sauce for topping, as needed
- 🧈 Salted butter for topping, as needed

- 2 tbsp reserved pasta water

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them. Mince the garlic.
Boil water in a pot, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, and drain. Reserve 2 tbsp of the pasta water.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add the pork belly and stir-fry over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Once the enoki mushrooms soften, add the reserved pasta water and the cooked spaghetti. Stir quickly to combine.
Add butter and soy sauce, and stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed. Serve on a plate, garnish with chopped green onions, and optionally add more butter and soy sauce to taste.
