- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 200g pork belly slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 can (290g) demi-glace sauce
- 💧 150cc water
