Meat
- 🥩 12 slices thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head (150g) shredded cabbage
Seasoning

- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Coating
- 🍞 Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
