Meat
- 200g pork belly (for grilling)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), diced
- 1/2 red paprika (75g), diced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 1 green chili, chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Toppings
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍋 Lemon wedge, as needed
단계
Dice onion and red paprika into 1cm cubes. Mince garlic and ginger. Chop green chili.
Cut pork belly into 2cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and cook until the color changes. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until the onion softens.
Add red paprika and green chili, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt and pepper, and mix well.
Top with an egg and serve with lemon wedges.
