Vegetables

- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp steaming juice
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Mince the green onion and trim the root of the enoki mushrooms.
Lay the pork belly slices vertically, overlapping slightly to match the length of the enoki mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Place enoki mushrooms on top and roll tightly.
Place the rolls seam-side down in a microwave-safe dish. Pour sake over the rolls, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Let cool slightly with the wrap still on.
Mix the sauce ingredients (steaming juice, ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) with minced green onion in a bowl.
Cut the rolls into four equal portions, plate them, and drizzle with the green onion sauce.
