- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 lettuce leaves
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 💧 1 tbsp water
